So a while back I saw one of the sexual educators I follow, talk about kegel’s. They described it as an exercise women can do to strengthen their vaginal muscles and that men can do it to strengthen the anus muscles. It’s done by flexing the penis while erect. I’ve found a lot of success with edging and really just building up endurance by using a vibrator with multiple levels and functions. So that build up to an orgasm, but then switching the vibe to a slower level or a different pulse. Any vibe that is just a few speeds or the classic ones that you twist to increase don’t really help with that sort of work, so if you can get something with a remote to change the pattern/speed, or even just a want with a lot of different ones, switching it up in the moment with speed and pattern really helps edging for me.
