So today I was doing my regular self-pleasure session and I got the idea to hump this curved glass sex toy I have because it has a bulbous head and I thought it would feel nice rubbing against my clit. So I roll on to my stomach and position it just right with my hand and start grinding it, but only after a few “humps” lol do I start to feel this intense ache in one of my hip flexors. I really have issues with my hip sockets (still hoping to get into a chiropractor appt) and even using a pillow doesn’t really help because I’m having to spread my legs wide to straddle it and it strains my hips. I’ve even stacked and its close to the same thing. I like humping very firm things so pillows just might not be firm enough for my liking. Thoughts? Suggestions? Any are appreciated

An idea that could work is getting one of those anime body pillows and placing it sideways and stand and have the pillow on your bed or a lower surface, and then grind on that with i in between your legs. Could work better if it’s suspended by like two chairs. This way your legs don’t spread as much but you can still get into it.
