I am new to toys and just bought my first wand vibrator a few months ago! Now I want to up my game and try using this with a dildo. But there are so many types I’m not sure where to start. I’m not looking for anything with crazy girth and it would be great if I could find something that I could also use with the booty. I would like something on the firmer side, but not metal. Are double ended dildos meant for the booty and vagina at once? Any help is great! Thank you

Now, I would suggest that if you’re wanting something for both anal and vaginal, I honestly would just get two dildos and use one for each and not mix the same toy for anal and vaginal play. You can of course deep clean your toys, lots of folks do, but personally I don’t want to risk a yeast infection or worse. So I have my toys that I use for anal only. Just easier and safer to me.
Double ended dildos can for sure be used for double penetration! Now, a lot of double ended dildos are focused more on partner play, or using it solo and using one side as a grip and for thrusting. But, there are more flexible toys that you can use for DP. Also a note if you’re using a double ended dildo: there is a learning curve for sure, and getting settled into a position that works well for you might take a bit of trial and error. I find pillows to angle and prop yourself up helps if you’re on your back or stomach, or also as bolsters to help stabilize if you’re going to sit down and ride your toy. Just a heads up, it’s tricky but fun once you find what works!
