Lay however you want just make sure you’re relaxed, shake off those nerves (they will hinder your pleasure), and use lube. Make sure your nails are clean and trimmed (or use a condom).

That’s actually a really helpful tutorial! The problem is I’m actually nervous about the penetration. I meant to write that in my topic but it auto corrected it out. That’s why I was hoping for help with external stimulation. Thing is the whole penetration thing is like a few other things I wanna do. But I freak out and get nervous and don’t go through. But thanks for the advice! It’s more helpful then what I’ve read.
Definitely take your time. Lube is key when you first start off, start small, and just listen to your body! Remember you’re in control and you can stop at anytime you’re uncomfortable or if it hurts.
@Jason I can’t peak on prostate orgasms but I can speak on trying penetration when freaked out by it! I do vaginal dilation as treatment for vaginismus. This was a super intimidating concept, especially when I first started! Something I found helpful was putting on music and very gently penetrating myself (with lube!) for the length of one song. It gave me a firm starting and stopping point, and meant I only needed to get through a few short minutes of it. Additionally, the music served as a distraction. Sometimes I would also save little treats for myself to indulge in after I did my routine dilation, like favorite snacks, books I’ve been waiting to read, or pleasurable masturbation. You might find tactics like these helpful for testing the waters and motivating yourself through it!
