Hey all! We’ve got a really great article up on Spectrum Journal from physical therapist [Dr. Fiona McMahon PT, DPT](https://spectrumboutique.com/journal/writer/dr-fiona-mcmahon-pt-dpt/) about pelvic floor dysfunction. It’s full of great suggestions and tips if you have a vagina (or your partner does) and are having some discomfort during sex. I know this has been a topic that has popped up in forum before, so hope this article helps some folks!
